Brooklyn Beckham is NOT planning to soon propose to girlfriend Chloe Grace Moretz, despite a bogus tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this claim. We’re told it’s “ridiculous.”
According to OK!, 17-year-old Beckham is ready to marry his 19-year-old actress girlfriend and talks about it often. A so-called “source” tells the tabloid that during a recent trip to London, Beckham introduced Mortez to his friends as his “missus” and supposedly told them “she keeps turning down his marriage proposals.” The magazine’s dubious insider then goes on to say that the actress told him “they’re way too young” to tie the knot and she’s “not really taking him seriously.”
However, Gossip Cop is exclusively told by a very reliable Beckham family source that the teen isn’t getting down on one knee anytime soon. We’re assured he’s simply “a lovely 17 year old boy crushing over his first proper girlfriend, and any talk of marriage proposals is silly tabloid gossip.” We’re further told the magazine’s false rumor about Beckham allegedly wanting to jump into wedding planning is “ridiculous and unfair.”
Unfortunately, Gossip Cop isn’t too surprised by the tabloid’s tall tale. OK! is the same publication we have repeatedly corrected for falsely claiming Beckham’s parents, David and Victoria, are headed for a split. The magazine’s reporting about the next generation of Beckhams is no more accurate.
